Qualifikationen

• License in Property & Casualty and Life & Health required or obtained within 90 days of hire.
• Proven track record in sales and lead conversion.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Provide risk-based insurance guidance and tailor commercial insurance solutions.
• Prospect for new clients, manage a sales pipeline, and close new business.
• Maintain ongoing client relationships and coordinate with internal teams for renewals and support.
