You will develop a pipeline of commercial prospects, identify client needs, prepare proposals, close new business, and cross-sell additional coverages while maintaining strong client-carrier relationships.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty license required.
• Previous experience in commercial lines insurance sales preferred.
• Proven track record of generating new business and meeting sales goals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and entrepreneurial with ability to build a profitable book of business.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a pipeline of commercial prospects through networking, referrals, and lead sources.
• Identify client risks, assess needs, and deliver tailored insurance solutions.
• Prepare proposals, present recommendations, and close new business opportunities.
• Cross-sell additional lines of coverage and identify account-rounding opportunities.
• Conduct regular policy reviews to ensure clients maintain appropriate coverage.
• Negotiate with carriers to secure competitive terms and pricing.
• Build strong, long-term client relationships based on trust and service excellence.
• Partner with account managers and support staff to ensure seamless service and retention.
