SDI Staffing is seeking a Commercial Lines Producer for an insurance agency in Greensburg, PA. This direct hire, hybrid role focuses on developing new business and advising clients on customized coverage.

Work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. Base pay ranges from $50,000 to $75,000 plus commissions and renewals; earning around $70,000 requires 5+ years of recent Commercial Lines experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in insurance sales with a proven track record.
• Active PA Property/Casualty license required.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• B2B sales experience preferred.

Commercial Lines Producer needed for an Insurance Agency located in Greensurg, PA!

HOURS: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:00 pm

DURATION: Direct Hire

WORKPLACE: Hybrid (3 days in office + 2 days remote)

PAY: $50,000 - $75,000 base salary + commissions + renewals (In order to qualify for $70,000 you must have 5 + years recent Commercial Lines Producer experience.)

Job Duties

• Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
• Educate and advise customers on customized insurance solutions
• Submitting & Reviewing Professional Proposal with prospects
• Quote & Bind insurance coverage
• Processing payments
• Updating insurance system with current data after sale or renewal
• Participate in targeted marketing campaigns while working leads through the sales process
• Establish and maintain a strong client based through consistent inbound and outbound communication
• Develop diverse industry expertise including specific product and technical knowledge

Requirements

• 2+ years in insurance sales experience with a proven track record
• EPIC is preferred but not required!
• Active PA Property Casualty License
• Wants to learn, grow, and earn in a competitive sales environment
• Brings strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong communication skills with the ability to summarize and present information in a clean, concise and accurate format.
• Must have B2B sales experience.
