Bell Bank in Bloomington, MN seeks a Commercial Insurance Advisor/Manager to drive profitable growth of our commercial lines. You will prospect, quote, and sell new Property/Casualty and Benefits accounts, while meeting personal sales goals and collaborating with Agency Account Managers.

You will develop carrier relationships, plan cross-selling initiatives, and oversee renewals. Training, guidance, and adherence to agency standards support a high-service culture.

Qualifications

• Insurance license required.
• Sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop a base of new commercial insurance clients.
• Quote, propose, and sell Property/Casualty and Benefits programs.
• Manage renewals and retention with existing clients.
• Coordinate with Account Managers and HR on staffing and processes.
• Train staff on coverage, agency sales, and service philosophy.
• Monitor sales progress and advise on underwriting and service enhancements.
