Colliers Mortgage is seeking a driven Commercial Insurance Analyst to support our internal Escrow Department in Minneapolis, MN. You will build strong cross-functional relationships, communicate with complex mortgage clients, and work with external insurance agents and our Loan Origination and Servicing teams.

The role is full-time, in-office three days a week, focusing on policy reviews, lender compliance, and educating borrowers. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential.

Competenze

• 1+ year of office experience or higher degree required
• Commercial Property and Casualty insurance/servicing experience preferred
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical procedures and financial documents
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Problem solving and time management abilities
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities

Mansioni

• Conduct periodic reviews of loan documents and insurance coverage for lender servicing requirements
• Request revisions to insurance policies from agents/brokers with follow-up to ensure loan compliance
• Communicate recommendations to lenders to resolve issues of non-compliance
• Review monthly reports to effectively manage the loan portfolio
• Certify to lenders compliance with lender requirements
• Educate borrowers on loan-specific insurance requirements
• Other duties assigned
