Leavitt Group in Cedar City, UT is seeking a Commercial Customer Service Representative to manage renewals, policy processing, and client relationships for small to medium commercial accounts.

You will handle endorsements, invoices, and carrier interactions while maintaining meticulous records and delivering top-notch service. This role offers opportunities to work independently and support the broader agency team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial insurance experience preferred.
• Property & Casualty license required.
• Strong communication, negotiation, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining a team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, internet applications, and general office systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve small to medium-sized commercial accounts and act as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, agencies, carriers, and brokers.
• Maintain renewals, submit applications to carriers, negotiate pricing, review quotes, and amend coverage as needed.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, binders, certificates, invoices, and related insurance documents.
• Prepare insurance proposals, summaries, and client documents.
• Maintain accurate records in the agency management system and perform account servicing activities through carrier websites.
• Handle billing, premium collection, and account reconciliation.
• Provide excellent customer service, problem solving, and communication with clients, agencies, and carriers.
• Mentor other CSRs and contribute to team operations.
