Commercial Insurance Associates, LLC is seeking a Client Manager to maintain and grow relationships across large commercial accounts. You will handle renewals, quotes, and carrier communications, explain coverage and billing changes, and guide clients through the claims process with adjusters.

Formación

• 4+ years of client management on large commercial accounts.
• Current Property and Casualty license required.
• Experience with renewals, quotes, and carrier communications.

Responsabilidades

• Manage renewals and new business, including specialty applications and data gathering.
• Prepare renewal and new business proposals for clients.
• Collaborate with Producer to bind coverage and process billing; address escalated concerns.
• Verify endorsements and COIs using CSR24.
• Assist in training new Client Service staff.
• Abate claims by filing with carriers and update insureds on status.
• Review audits and worksheets; file disputes when needed.
• Analyze policies for coverage gaps and provide solutions.
• Secure existing business and cross-sell additional services.
• Build relationships with underwriters and market new business.
• Maintain Epic documentation and follow SOPs.
