Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking a seasoned Client Executive to support our specialty construction and oil & gas clients. Based in-office in Birmingham, AL, the role offers a hybrid schedule and opportunities to lead risk management, claims administration, and program design.

You will partner with producers and Marketing Account Executives, manage renewals for large accounts, and mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in insurance marketing/placement/brokering with construction/oil & gas specialties.
• Strong collaboration, accountability and excellence mindset.
• Excellent communication, problem solving and relationship-building skills.
• Outgoing yet able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first escalation point before producer on service issues.
• Coordinate resources inside/outside EPIC for clients.
• Review proposals and provide quick feedback during peak season.
• Handle coverage disputes and assist with complex claims.
• Manage renewals and program updates for large accounts.
• Train and delegate tasks within the service team.
• Attend pre-renewal meetings and discuss renewal exposures.
