Brown & Brown, Inc in Warwick, RI is seeking a Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager Assistant to support issuing certificates of insurance, ID cards, and property evidence, plus processing changes, endorsements, audits, and related documentation.

You will help order loss runs and experience mods, obtain MVRs, handle claims reporting, keep spreadsheets current, and coordinate with the Account Executive to ensure accuracy and timely follow-ups.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years Commercial Insurance experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite.
• Exceptional telephone demeanor and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Issue certificates of insurance and evidence of property insurance with accuracy.
• Provide clients with ID cards promptly.
• Order loss runs and Experience Mods from carriers to maintain up-to-date history and premium calculations.
• Request MVRs as needed for vehicle insurance assessments.
• Process changes, endorsements, and related invoices.
• Review new and renewal policies and resolve discrepancies with the AE.
• Manage audits and invoicing for Agency Bill items.
• Report claims and coordinate with carriers for timely handling.
• Maintain spreadsheets tracking activities, policies, claims, and invoicing.
