Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite; Microsoft Excel skills from strong to expert.
• Exceptional telephone demeanor.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review documents such as certificates of insurance, auto ID cards, draft of binders and renewal information.
• Assist in client data setup and maintenance in the agency management system.
• Process premium finance requests and create premium allocations as needed.
• Request and summarize loss runs; process claims and advocate for clients.
• Enter policy information into the system for non-downloadable policies.
• Monitor emails and tasks; follow agency guidelines and procedures.
