Job summary

Integrated Insurance Solutions is seeking a motivated Commercial Insurance Agent to join our growing team. No prior insurance experience is required—we provide full training, licensing support, and mentorship to set you up for long-term success in commercial lines.

You will learn and sell commercial insurance products, build relationships with clients, prospect for new accounts, assess needs, prepare quotes, and work with carriers and underwriters to secure competitive terms.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Self-motivated with a drive to build a career in sales.
• Comfortable in a goal- and commission-driven environment.
• Willing to obtain a Property & Casualty license with company help.
• Prior sales, customer service, or business experience a plus (not required)

Responsibilities

• Learn and sell commercial insurance products (general liability, property, workers' comp, commercial auto, BOP, and more).
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing business clients.
• Prospect for new commercial accounts through networking, referrals, and outreach.
• Assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions.
• Prepare quotes, proposals, and policy applications.
• Work closely with carriers and underwriters to secure competitive terms.
• Maintain accurate records in the agency management system.
