Job summary

GEICO Commack is seeking an Insurance Representative to sell policies, assess client needs and tailor coverages. The role emphasizes building relationships, prospecting, and delivering excellent client support in a fast-paced environment.

Fluency in Spanish is required. Prior insurance experience is preferred but training and licensing are provided, with a compensation package featuring aggressive commissions and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• A Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license is required/preferred.
• 1 year of insurance agency experience is preferred but not required.
• Confident, self-starter who works well independently.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be fluent in Spanish.

Insurance License and prior sales experience are preferred but definitely not a requirement. We train, develop and license our own professionals. Monthly commissions averages: new agents can typically expect to make between $2,000-$2,500/mo in commissions with top agents making $4,000-$4,500+/mo in commissions.

Monthly bonus program up to $3,000/mo: new agents can typically expect to make around $1,500/mo in bonus with top agents making $3,000/mo in bonus.

Total commission/bonus compensation per month expectations: new agents can typically expect $3,500-$4,000 with top agents making $6,500-$7,000+

Must be fluent in Spanish for this role.
