Qualifications

• Proven outside sales or retail sales experience in the insurance industry.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing sales.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience selling auto, homeowners, or commercial insurance.
• Knowledge of personal and commercial insurance types is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication; bilingual English and Spanish a must.
• Demonstrated customer service excellence with ability to build rapport.
• Understanding of insurance regulation standards and benefits administration processes is advantageous.
