Qualifications

• State-issued Property and Casualty or Life and Health Insurance Producer License.
• 4-year Degree in Business Management, Sales, Marketing, or similar field.
• 2-5 years in an insurance sales role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and Salesforce.
• Demonstrated skills in analytics and communication.

Responsibilities

• Achieve established sales quotas on monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Use Trucordia tools for sales activities including cold calls and presentations.
• Manage a book of business to support high renewal rates.
• Collaborate with Client Service to analyze renewal business.
• Adhere to Trucordia sales methodologies and best practices.
