Job summary

Hotchkiss in Houston seeks a Commercial Lines Insurance Advisor to generate new business, expand the client base, and tailor insurance solutions for commercial clients. You will build and maintain strong client relationships, identify opportunities for additional coverage, and present proposals confidently to prospects and existing clients.

A proven sales track record and strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospects, schedule appointments, and deliver sales presentations.
• Develop prospecting programs and follow-up to maximize results.
• Maintain prospect lists for target business opportunities.
• Balance production to achieve a desirable mix of business.
• Coordinate production efforts with marketing and service teams.
• Hold periodic meetings with Account Managers to review policies and procedures.
• Stay updated on industry trends to maintain competitive status.
