This role involves processing certificates of insurance, updating systems, staying informed on procedures, and documenting activities. After training, the position will be hybrid, 3 days in the office and 2 days remote, with a focus on learning and career growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Acquiring state licensing, once hired.
• Passion and dedication for continued learning.
• A foundational understanding of Microsoft Office; comfortable with modern technology.

Responsibilities

• Process and review policies, issue endorsements, and invoices for the team.
• Process certificates of insurance to support our client's ongoing operations.
• Assist Account Managers with system updates and client support as needed.
• Stay informed of company and industry procedures.
• Regularly document all activities and correspondence.
