Acrisure is seeking an Associate Account Manager in Walnut Creek, CA to support Commercial Account Managers with handling service requests, renewals, and policy documentation. The role requires a High School Diploma and an active California property/casualty license, plus proficiency with EPIC and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma.
• Valid California Property/Casualty license.
• Experience with EPIC Agency Management System.

Responsibilities

• Assist Commercial Account Managers with service requests, endorsements, claim reporting and billing questions.
• Assist with renewals by obtaining carrier/insured information and drafting renewal emails.
• Policy checking of WC policies using EPIC.
• Issue certificates/EPIs through EPIC and CSR24 as needed.
• Enter WC submissions online with carriers for marketing.
