The company has a large Transportation team, so this position requires experience working with commercial insurance programs for trucking accounts.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Work closely with producers and marketers to manage monitor insurance programs, strategize about renewals, monitor claims statuses, and handle escalated customer service issues
• Liaise with external partners like underwriters and brokers as well as the client to discuss policy and coverage specifications, renewal timelines, and more

Skills & Experience

• At least three (3) years of property and casualty insurance experience
• Prior experience with fleet transportation insurance programs is required
• Active state insurance license
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Excel and PowerPoint
