Commercial Insurance Account Manager - Hybrid Remote

Established agency seeking a detail-oriented individual with a clear understanding of commercial lines insurance coverage. The candidate should be familiar with all coverage lines, working with both admitted and non-admitted carriers.

Qualifications
  • Experience with multiple coverage lines
  • Ability to manage a large, established book of business
  • Previous experience in a client-facing role, building and maintaining relationships
  • Capability to handle new and renewal business, including coverage review and endorsements
  • Skill in reviewing insurance contracts for accuracy
  • Experience in preparing certificates, proposals, policy summaries, and reviews
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team to support sales and drive revenue
  • Responsibility for account retention
  • Problem-solving skills for issues like cancellations, claims, renewals, audits, receivables, carrier issues
  • Experience in a brokerage setting
  • Active P&C license
