Job summary

Jonus Group is seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our team in Framingham, MA. The role focuses on managing a large commercial book, reviewing coverage with carriers, and providing accurate policy summaries and endorsements.

You’ll work with clients and carriers to ensure retention and revenue growth. Ideal candidates will handle renewals and new business, possess a P&C license, and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills in a brokerage setting.

Qualifications

• Experience with multiple lines coverage.
• Ability to manage a large, established book of business.
• Prior client-facing experience building and maintaining relationships.
• Handle new and renewal business, including coverage review and endorsements.
• Review insurance contracts for accuracy.
• Complete and prepare certificates, proposals, policy summaries, and reviews.
• Work independently or as part of a team to support sales and drive agency revenue.
• Responsible for retention of all accounts assigned to them.
• Apply problem solving techniques to cancellations, renewal issues, audits, receivables, carrier issues.
• Experience in brokerage setting.
• Carry an active P&C license.
