Qualifications

• Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Minimum of 3+ years in an agency environment managing commercial accounts.
• Experience with larger books of business preferred.
• EPIC software experience is a significant advantage.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; team-oriented mindset.
• Relevant education or certifications in insurance or related fields are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of mid-to-large commercial accounts (valued between $250k-$500k).
• Handle endorsements, certificates, renewals, and audits with precision and efficiency.
• Quote new and renewal business as required.
• Maintain excellent organization and communication to stay on top of daily activities.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless account management.
• Utilize EPIC software to manage accounts and documentation.
• Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
