Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Manager to join our Account Management career path across multiple levels. This role requires 2 to 5 years of commercial insurance experience and an active P&C license to support client service, policy administration, and renewal processes.

You will manage policy data, endorsements, and billing while coordinating with underwriting and internal teams to ensure accurate documentation and timely service.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of commercial insurance experience.
• Active P&C license.
• Experience in account management in insurance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver proactive, responsive service to clients and internal teams.
• Communicate workload status and resolve service requests efficiently.
• Support strong client and team relationships.
• Process endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements and manage certificates, ID cards and related documents.
• Assist or lead new and renewal business processes; prepare submissions and proposals.
