• Applicable across multiple levels: Account Associate, Senior Account Associate, Account Manager Associate.

Responsibilities

• Deliver proactive, responsive service to clients and internal teams.
• Process endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements; manage certificates and policy documents.
• Assist or lead new and renewal business processes; gather underwriting information and prepare proposals.
• Maintain accurate client and policy data in systems; monitor activities and ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and support collections; ensure adherence to policies and minimize errors and omissions exposure.
