• Active P&C license
• Multiple experience levels (AA, SAA, AMA) considered

Responsibilities

• Deliver proactive, responsive service to clients and internal teams
• Process endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements and manage certificates, ID cards, binders, invoices, and related documents
• Assist or lead new and renewal business processes; prepare submissions and proposals; gather underwriting information
• Maintain accurate client and policy data in systems; monitor activities and ensure timely task completion
• Resolve billing discrepancies and support collections; ensure adherence to policies to minimize E&O exposure
