• 2 to 5 years of commercial insurance experience.
• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• Experience across client service, policy processing and renewals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver proactive, responsive service to clients and internal teams.
• Process endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements and manage documents.
• Support new and renewal business processes and prepare submissions.
• Maintain accurate client and policy data in systems; monitor tasks.
• Resolve billing discrepancies and support collections; ensure compliance.
