Insurance Office of America is currently seeking an Account Manager Associate for Commercial Lines in a hybrid role based in Pleasanton, CA. The position supports the account team, ensuring accurate policy administration, renewals, and client service while leveraging a 1-2 day onsite requirement within our California locations.

The ideal candidate will hold an active P&C license, have strong customer service skills, and experience in insurance brokerage.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active property & casualty licensing; professional designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team, Producer, and/or assigned group of accounts.
• Handle policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
• Manage policy expirations and renewals; conduct client research and prepare submissions.
