You will provide administrative and customer service support to the account team, ensuring production and quality standards while safeguarding against errors and omissions.

The ideal candidate has active P&C licensure, strong insurance brokerage knowledge, and excellent communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Strong knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active property & casualty license required; professional designation preferred.
• Proven analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team and Producers.
• Maintain agency management systems and ensure data accuracy.
• Manage policy expirations and renewals; handle billing questions.
• Handle client requests, coverage analysis, and claims processing as needed.
• Assist in reviewing contracts to ensure proper coverages.
• Support accounts receivable and collect outstanding balances.
• Communicate workload status and issues with the team.
