Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team.

• Assist in directing day-to-day activities of the team.
• Maintain agency management systems and data accuracy.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and collect balances.
• Ensure timely completion of tasks and compliance with policies.
