About the Role

100% remote insurance job opening for an experienced Commercial Insurance Account Manager. Working for an agency based in North Carolina, the company is well-established and growing hence their need to bring in additional talent to their client service team. You will assist the sales team in the daily management and growth of a book of business through account retention, account rounding and new business growth. Additional details on the position include:

• Systems: Experience with Applied Epic is required.
• Responsibilities: Daily client service for a mixed book of small business and middle market commercial property and casualty accounts up to approximately $150k in premium.
• Experience: Minimum three (3) years of commercial property and casualty experience in a similar CSR or account manager capacity.
• License: Active state insurance license is required.
• Location: Remote within Georgia, North Carolina, or South Carolina.
