Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000 per year

• Work Arrangement: Ideally local with 2 days on-site; open to remote work for the right candidate

Responsibilities

• Manage and service midmarket to large market accounts, with a focus on aviation accounts exceeding $100k in premium.
• Handle accounts from A‑Z, ensuring exceptional client service and satisfaction.
• Market new and renewal business, leveraging expertise to secure optimal outcomes for clients.

Qualifications/Requirements
