This role involves managing a book of business valued at $800,000 in revenue, focusing on mid-market accounts with premiums ranging from $25,000 to $500,000. Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse book of business with a focus on mid-market accounts (premium range: $25,000 - $500,000).
• Handle marketing, renewals, quoting, presentations, and endorsements.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client service and account management.
• Quote new and renewal business, with a primary focus on renewals.
• Utilize Epic software for account management and documentation.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years as a Commercial Lines Account Manager, with a focus on mid-market accounts.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Epic software is required.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in insurance is a plus.
• Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset.
