Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of insurance industry experience.
• Experience managing or supporting a book of business is preferred.
• Active Property & Casualty license is required.

Responsibilities

• Service and manage a dedicated book of commercial lines accounts.
• Perform administrative duties and client correspondence.
• Process billing for agency-billed policies.

Skills

Strong customer service and client relationship skills

Commercial Lines insurance experience

Detail-oriented with ability to manage deadlines

Organized, collaborative, and service-focused

Working knowledge of Windows-based software
