Job summary

Provident Protection Plus, the insurance arm of Provident Bank, seeks a Personal Lines Account Manager to manage a client book and service policies with carriers and internal teams. You will guide coverage options, endorsements, and renewals, ensuring accuracy and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced setting.

The role emphasizes organization, proactive client communication, and collaboration to grow relationships and retention.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Sound judgment, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service an assigned personal lines book of business.
• Support policy renewals in accordance with established agency timelines.
• Assist clients with coverage modifications and guidance on options.
• Submit renewal applications and negotiate coverage solutions with carriers.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients, carriers, and internal partners.
• Prepare proposals, issue binders and ID cards, process policy changes, and support policy administration activities.
• Review policies and endorsements for accuracy and completeness.
• Conduct coverage reviews and identify opportunities to expand relationships.
• Maintain accurate records and adhere to agency procedures and compliance.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to support customer and business objectives.
