Job summary

Provident Bank's Provident Protection Plus unit seeks an Account Executive II – Commercial Lines to support Account Managers, interact with clients and carriers, and grow within the insurance field. The position is based in Waldwick, NJ or Augusta, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support and update client files.
• Support Commercial Lines team across multiple office locations.
• Service and manage a dedicated book of business: client and carrier calls, audits, cancellations, billing inquiries, renewals, and certificates.
• Process policy changes and assist with billings for agency- and direct-billed policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
