PPG is seeking a Commercial Excellence Analyst to empower our coatings services commercial organization with robust reporting, analytics, and customer insights. You will work cross-functionally to improve decision-making, sales productivity, and profitable growth, supporting pricing, CRM, and growth initiatives.

Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in commercial analytics, sales operations, business intelligence, or related functions.
- Experience with analytics tooling and reporting.
- Ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain commercial reporting, dashboards, and BI tools for pipeline, revenue, profitability, forecasting, and KPIs.
- Manage Voice of Customer and customer insight programs, including surveys and trend reporting.
- Support commercial operations through CRM data quality, lead and website inquiry management, and recurring reporting.
- Provide analytical support for Commercial Excellence initiatives, pricing, sales operations, and process improvement.
- Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to translate data into actionable insights.
- Drive continuous improvement of processes, reporting tools, and data governance.
