Gensco, Inc. in Tacoma, Washington, is seeking a Commercial Inside Sales Logistics Specialist to join the Commercial Sales Team.

You will support order fulfillment, coordinate with sales, branches, and suppliers, and help streamline logistics for projects. This role requires a 2-year associate degree (or equivalent) and 2–5 years of logistics or warehouse experience, with strong communication, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 2-year associate degree or equivalent related work experience.
• 2-5 years of experience managing warehouse or logistics.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness.
• Exhibit a sense of urgency for deadlines.
• Able to effectively communicate with internal and external Customers.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.

Responsabilités

• Support the Commercial Inside Sales Dept, customers, branches and Outside Sales Team with product ordering, tracking, and product delivery.
• Work with Sales, Branches, TDC, Purchasing, and Columbia to create streamlined order fulfillment processes.
• Support TDC in coordinating customized logistics plans for large projects as needed.
• Assist with submittals and O&M documents when requested by Customers.
• Perform a broad range of administrative responsibilities.
• Participate with special projects as assigned by Quoters, Estimators, and TDC.

Job Description

Gensco currently has a great opportunity available for a Commercial Inside Sales Logistics Specialist to join our Commercial Sales Team in Tacoma, Washington!

• Support the Commercial Inside Sales Department, Customers, Branches and Outside Sales Team with product ordering, tracking, and product delivery
• Work with Sales, Branches, TDC, Purchasing, and Columbia to create streamlined order fulfillment processes

Education/Experience/Skills

• 2-year associate degree required (or equivalent related work experience)

• Exhibit a sense of urgency for deadlines
