Job summary

Gensco, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Warehouse Team Member at our new Distribution Center in Salem, Oregon. The role supports receiving, storing, and shipping products while ensuring excellent service to customers and teammates.

During training, schedule is Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm for 6-12 weeks; after training, shifts may be 4:00am-12:30pm or 10:30am-7:00pm, with the ability to regularly lift up to 75 pounds and work at heights up to 30 feet. Full benefits and paid time off offered.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED
• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to regularly lift 50 pounds and occasionally lift up to 75 pounds
• Ability to frequently work at heights up to 30 feet
• Regular, consistent attendance for scheduled shifts

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all Gensco Customers and fellow Team Members
• Receive in product shipments, unload, and put away products in warehouse bin location
• Pick customer orders, verify order accuracy, and prepare for delivery
• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks
• Assist fellow Team Members as needed

Job Description

Gensco has an immediate opening for a Warehouse Team Member at our new Distribution Center in Salem, Oregon!

Schedule during training period will be Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm (estimate 6-12 weeks).

After training shift will adjust to either:

• Monday-Friday 4:00am-12:30pm
• Monday-Friday 10:30am-7:00pm

Day to Day Warehouse Team Member Activities

• Provide excellent customer service to all Gensco Customers and fellow Team Members
