Job summary

Franklin Water Treatment, a Division of Franklin Electric, is seeking a Commercial & Industrial Service Technician in Avon, Indiana. Join our Field Service team to perform installation, maintenance, and service on water treatment systems, following safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines.

You will work with a diverse team, meet daily schedules, and use provided tools to install and service equipment while driving a service vehicle and maintaining equipment in good condition.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (required).
• Valid driver's license with a safe driving history.
• 1–3 years or more experience in a plumbing type position (preferred).
• Ability to understand and resolve basic plumbing problems and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Follow detailed installation, maintenance, and service procedures for water systems maintenance, including evaluating and repairing existing customer systems while adhering to health and safety requirements.
• Meet daily installation and service schedules as assigned, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
• Assemble, install, and service various water treatment equipment or kits using available parts and following operating instructions.
• Safely perform job duties, operate the assigned service vehicle, and maintain a clean and organized fleet vehicle with the necessary tools and parts.

What you will be doing:
