Franklin Water Treatment, Aqua Systems in Fort Wayne, IN is seeking a Service Technician II to install, maintain and service residential water treatment systems with a customer-first approach.

You will follow detailed procedures, meet daily schedules, and apply problem-solving skills to ensure high-quality workmanship and safety compliance on every visit. This role offers overtime eligibility and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving history.
• 2–5 years' experience in water treatment, plumbing or related mechanical trade.
• Journeyman Plumber or Restricted Appliance License required.
• Strong work ethic, self-motivated and customer service skills.
• Punctual with good attendance.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and service residential water treatment systems.

You’ll earn $26 to $28 per hour, based on experience, with overtime eligibility, and have the opportunity to put your mechanical skills and problem-solving ability to work where they will be valued.

As the expert customers count on, you’ll install, maintain, and service residential water softening and treatment systems while delivering five-star service from the first hello to the final walkthrough. What you will be doing

Follow detailed installation and/or service instructions, processes, and procedures including but not limited to the following:

• Water systems installation and/or maintenance
• Evaluate and repair problems related to existing customer systems
• Comply with Health & Safety requirements related to installation and service procedures
• Meet daily installation and/or service schedule as assigned.
• Use available parts to assemble, install, and/or service various water treatment equipment or kits according to operating instructions.

What you need:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (required).
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving history.
• 2-5 years' experience working in a water treatment, plumbing or related mechanical trade.
• Strong work-ethic; self-motivated; and proven customer service skills
• Punctual/dependable with great attendance
• Must have Journeyman Plumber or Restricted Appliance License

Physical demands for the job:

This role requires regular use of your hands and arms, and be on your feet, moving between sitting, standing, and walking. Frequent you may need to stoop, kneel, or crouch and frequently lift items weighing 50+ lbs.
