Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of refrigeration cycles in commercial/industrial systems.

• Familiar with motor controls and various refrigerant controls.
• Ability to dismantle, repair and reassemble pumps, compressors, chillers, evaporators.

Responsibilities

• Installs, inspects, repairs, and troubleshoots large HVAC systems and equipment.
• Maintains proper humidity, temperature, and air quality in large office buildings.
• Performs electrical work and wiring related to HVAC installations or repairs.
• Adheres to safety policies and regulatory requirements; uses appropriate tools and PPE.
