Job summary

Mechanical Engineering & Construction Corporation (MEC2) is seeking an experienced commercial HVAC Service Technician to perform service, repair, and maintenance of a range of commercial equipment in the DC/VA metro area. The candidate will troubleshoot a variety of systems including packaged units, heat pumps, data center cooling units, and VRF systems.

Qualifications

• Attended a trade school or an apprenticeship program.
• Minimum of five (5) years of commercial hands-on field experience at the Journeyman level servicing commercial and industrial HVAC equipment and systems; CFC certification.
• Active DC or Maryland HVAC Journeyman / Masters license

Responsibilities

• Service, repair, and maintenance of commercial HVAC equipment.
• Troubleshoot a wide variety of commercial HVAC systems.
• Work on accounts predominantly in the DC/VA metropolitan area and surrounding counties.
