3+ years of commercial HVAC maintenance experience and EPA 608 certification are required; the technician will be based in Lake Charles and cover surrounding counties.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC maintenance experience
• EPA 608 certified
• Ability to troubleshoot HVAC components across boilers, chillers, and air handling systems
• Ability to read electronic schematics
• High School diploma or GED with equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain, repair and install HVAC systems per plans and specs
• Inspect systems and identify malfunctions; adjust controls as needed
• Record faults and materials used on work orders
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
• Install ductwork, valves, dampers, and other components per blueprints
