Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC maintenance experience.
• EPA 608 certification is required.
• Ability to troubleshoot HVAC components and systems.
• Read electronic schematics and blueprints.
• Understand safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine repairs to pump seals, bearing, etc.
• Inspect and test systems to verify compliance with plans and specs.
• Determine customer concerns with HVAC and boiler systems.
• Follow standards, policies, and safety procedures.
• Record and report faults and time/materials on work orders.
• Adjust system controls to manufacturer-recommended settings.
• Develop or perform maintenance procedures such as cleaning and lubrication.
• Install auxiliary components following blueprints.
• Study blueprints to ensure proper installation of components.
• Fabricate or install duct work or chassis parts.
• Other duties as assigned
