Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is seeking a skilled HVAC technician to service and maintain commercial systems in Austin, TX. Qualifications

3–5 years of commercial HVAC service or facilities maintenance experience.
Experience diagnosing rooftop and packaged commercial HVAC systems.
Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
Willingness to travel between locations during the workday.
Comfort working on rooftops, lifting up to 50 lbs and working outdoors.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on commercial HVAC equipment.
Service rooftop units, packaged systems, split systems, air handlers, exhaust fans, and controls.
Troubleshoot refrigerant, airflow, electrical, and mechanical problems.
Respond promptly to urgent HVAC issues and minimize downtime.
Coordinate with outside contractors for specialized repairs when needed.
Maintain accurate service records and preventive-maintenance schedules.

EPA Section 608 Universal Certification
