Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. in Texas is seeking a Service Technician to install, startup, troubleshoot, and service commercial HVACR equipment.

You will work independently or with a team to support existing accounts and new installations. The role requires a HVAC technician certificate or degree, 5 years of related experience, VRF/BAS/DDC familiarity, own tools, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Technician’s Degree or equivalent from a Technical/Trade School with a certificate in HVAC.
• Five (5) years related work experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software and basic computer skills.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must be willing to submit to pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Analyze work orders, plan daily travel, investigate complaints, conduct tests, and resolve problems.
• Install, startup, test, and service HVACR equipment and systems.
• Maintain rapport with customers, identify solutions, and suggest improvements.
• Keep personal equipment operating by following instructions and performing preventive maintenance.
• Document service actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
• Follow safety procedures and other related duties as assigned by management.
