Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of verifiable HVAC industry experience.
• Strong refrigerant system skills including piping, evacuation, and charging.
• Knowledge of control systems, wiring, and thermostats.
• Universal EPA license required for handling refrigerants.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Clean driving record and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Identify repair and/or replacement needs and ensure precise identification of failed components.
• Install, repair, maintain, and upgrade HVAC systems and equipment, including refrigerant piping and charging.
• Commission HVAC equipment such as fans, pumps, and AHUs.
• Use instruments to measure static pressure, voltage, amperage, and CFM.
• Perform routine maintenance including filters, belts, sheaves, compressors, and motors.
• Maintain professional communication with customers and office personnel.
• Complete and submit all paperwork daily.
• Adhere to safety rules and regulations, including defensive driving.
• Maintain a flexible work schedule with 24/7 on-call rotation.
