Job summary

EPA certification and a valid drivers license are required; candidates must pass drug screening and background checks and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• EPA Certification and state registrations are required.
• Valid drivers license with clean record.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics for proper installation and repair.
• Ability to pass drug screening and background check.
• Prolonged periods of walking, standing, bending, stretching, lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Reports to: Operations Manager.
• Install, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems in buildings.
• Diagnose issues, perform routine maintenance, and ensure safety/efficiency standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints and schematics for installations and repairs.
• May assist with recruitment, interviews, and training of new staff.
• Explain service charges and work performed to customers satisfaction.
• Maintain inventory on service vehicles and reconcile work orders.
