Job summary

Trane Technologies seeks an experienced HVAC technician to perform end-to-end testing, startup, commissioning, and servicing of assigned projects. You will be the primary customer contact, diagnosing and repairing equipment and coordinating with teams to meet on-site requirements.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and 2–5+ years in commercial HVAC, plus proficiency with MS Office and handheld devices. EPA certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience.
• At least 2-5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and handheld devices.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end testing, startup, commissioning, and servicing on assigned projects.
• Serve as direct customer contact and diagnose/repair equipment and systems.
• Coordinate with team leader and customer to understand on-site requirements.
• Inspect layouts, gather materials, and synchronize on-site work.
• Use blueprints/engineering specs to diagnose and repair units; enforce safety.
