Job summary

Exigent is seeking a Commercial HVAC Service Technician in Cleveland, Ohio to join our Service Team. You will maintain, repair, and troubleshoot commercial HVAC systems, working independently while coordinating with the main office and building strong relationships with customers.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of HVAC experience, is authorized to work in the U.S., and is willing to travel minimally within the Cleveland/Akron area.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years HVAC experience preferred.
• Sign on bonus up to $5,000 based on experience.
• Salary range: $65,000–$95,000 per year.
• Travel: Minimal (Cleveland/Akron area within 60 miles).
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting HVAC systems.
• Able to work independently while coordinating with the main office.
• Diagnosing mechanical and electrical malfunctions; repairing or replacing damaged components.
• Performing scheduled preventive maintenance.
• Building strong customer relationships and understanding customer needs and expectations
