BME Services is seeking a Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician to support our growing Northeast Ohio customer base. You will perform installations, maintenance, and repairs on a variety of commercial refrigeration systems while delivering excellent communication and customer service.

Qualifications

• EPA Certification is required.
• Valid driver's license with clean record is required.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial HVAC and/or refrigeration service is required.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform service calls, maintenance, and repairs on refrigeration systems (walk-in coolers, reach-in freezers, ice machines, production chillers, single/three-phase units, glycol chillers).
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues, aiming for first-time fix rate of 75% or higher.
• Follow SOPs and safety guidelines.
• Respond to on-call demands and communicate professionally with customers and team.
• Collaborate with peers and managers to ensure high-quality work and customer satisfaction.
